S3 E4: Dying with Dignity. The Role of a Death Doula

Death and dying is like the “elephant in in the middle of the room.” Everyone sees the elephant but pretends the huge, gray elephant is not there. We dare not even talk about the elephant. I feel sorry for the elephant. Don’t you?  Everyone ignores him!

Yet, death is our most important act. Don’t you want to control your death?  The way it is now, most humans do not control their deaths. We should be able to! People should reduce pain and suffering and retain their freedom, control, and autonomy of the end-of-life process.

A death doula and can help!  Listen as host, Tim Jordan, interviews an official death doula.
