The experience of working with him in completing his “Structural Design Programming” has been very informative and enlightening. I have gained insight and knowledge that has enhanced my awareness of our organization’s strengths and needs. Our Board’s collaboration with Dr. Jordan has been beneficial in developing our program. I attended the Grants 201 workshop. I really like how the workshop leaders encouraged us to practice writing the components of a grant (mission statement, summary etc.)
What I liked the most was how interactive the workshop was. The leaders allowed time for individuals to ask questions and interact with one another. It was great.

Dr. Jordan did an outstanding job designing a comprehensive, "customer satisfaction," type survey for our youth baseball league.
Dr. Jordan led the effort, helped administer the survey, completed data entry, and shared the results with our board via PowerPoint.
The Concord Youth Baseball League serves 650 families across Concord Ohio and surrounding communities.

He provided clear guidance throughout the process, ensuring that the survey was designed correctly, reached the right people, was properly controlled to ensure anonymity and confidentiality, and captured meaningful insights.

As a faculty member, I would highly recommend their virtual workshop on grants to junior faculty, post-doctoral fellows, and young researchers. What I liked most was practice writing a mission statement with immediate feedback from Dr. Jordan and Duane Herron. Time well spent.
